Our Covid-19 Policy
We want to ensure a safe environment for our guests and due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak and following we have taken the decision to close for the foreseeable future.
As our guests are at the heart of our business; we are allowing all our bookings to be postponed to a later date.
If you would like to postpone the date of your booking free of charge please click here and contact us.
If you would like to cancel your booking for a refund this is also possible.
Unfortunately for the hospitality sector this is a very uncertain time and we will do our best to keep you updated on our future.
Following recent government guidelines we have a provisional opening date of the 4th July 2020.
In the meantime, we can accommodate guests in certain situations:
'There are a few very exceptional circumstances in which you can continue to provide accommodation in your caravan or campsite, which are as follows:
For a person who uses the site as their main residence;
For a person who cannot return to their main residence e.g. key workers;
For a person who needs it due to moving house;
For a person who needs it to attend a funeral;
Providing accommodation for the homeless;
To host blood donation sessions; and
For any other reason deemed necessary by the Secretary of State or the local authority.
On a positive, this time will allow us to refresh the campsite and rejuvenate the facilities in time for Summer. We also hope to have our new Yurt Yasmin available for our reopening and possibly our Boathouse too...
For bookings made after the 18th May 2020 we are operating a new booking policy please click here to read our new updated booking policy.
In the meantime, we hope you can take this time to re-energise and re-connect with family whilst staying at home, to ensure we protect the vulnerable in our society and keep everyone safe.
Stay safe and healthy,
Love to all,
The Cotswolds Camping Team x x x
